Privacy Statement

The Freelander Club honour and respect the privacy of our users. We do not sell, rent, share or loan any mailing-lists or membership databases. The sole use of such is to advise members and any other subscriber of news and new developments to the site.

We only send information to those who request it, and immediately unsubscribe those who ask. Sometimes people subscribe for their friends and while we cannot prevent that, the messages sent to subscribers include details of how to unsubscribe as required by the latest legislation.

We don't use 'cookies' anywhere on this site - although the Forum area uses a cookie to store your log-in information.

As on most other sites, IP logging is effective and forms a part of the site (usage) statistics. Other information gathered includes; site referrer, continent, top-level domain, browser type, platform, screen resolution, javascript and search keywords or phrases. This information is anonymous i.e. not identifiable as you! It is used to help us decide how to develop the site.

No Personal information about you is collected, except where volunteered on mailing lists/guestbook entry or any registration forms used within the site. Information supplied by users is stored in a secure manner and is not accessible to web browsers.
